Who are we?
I started selling on Ebay almost
five years ago selling British coins as a hobby, when I met my wife she
was also very interested, and it became a little more of a hobby. In early
2006 we decided to start improving our sales and aimed to become
Powerseller's, we had one aim in mind. That was to see if we could start
our own online business. We achieved Powerseller status in April 2006 and
then we monitored and researched as much as possible of the Ebay market.
Then the real work started, setting up the proper business, which is due
to launch in April 2007.
What is our Aim?
Our aim is very simple, to offer
quality products at affordable prices. Customer service is extremely
important to us, we treat all our customers the way we would like to be
treated! We also offer great warranties, guarantees and a return policy
for all our customers. We want to make every single transaction a pleasant
and easy experience. Whether you are a new or an existing customer you
should and will expect the same quality service from us.
What products do you offer?
We supply quality and affordable
new and refurbished computers, laptops, components and other computer
equipment. We also supply electronics, home ware, gadgets, gifts, software
and much more.
What services do you offer?
We also offer many services
including computer repairs, upgrades, website design and ebay shop and
template designs. Our prices are very competitive and you can expect
quality service. We are never happy until you are happy.
What experience do you have
within computers?
I have over eight years experience
within repairing, building and upgrading computers, web design, networking
and much more with advanced qualifications. My colleagues also have three
years to nine years experience within computer repairs and design.
What makes you different from
other Online and Ebay sellers?
I know you perhaps hear this a lot
but we care about our products and services and we are never
happy until our customers are 110% happy. Our policy is very simple, if
the customer is not happy then we will do everything in our power to make
them happy, this includes providing refunds. Our products and services are
quality and affordable, we don't like paying over the odds for products so
why should you. We also provide our customers with contact telephone
numbers and always respond to emails within 24 hours, usually within one
hour.
