Many of the products we sell here on eBay will be Mail Order Returns and Grade products. All are covered by the manufacturers guarantee for a minimum of 12 months depending on the manufacturer guarantee policy. Please note before purchasing that you fully understand the definitions below.
Mail Order Returns (MOR)
All mail order returns are products that customers have originally purchased and have decided not to keep them and returned the product for an exchange or refund. In this instance the customer has to pay for its return and we will then resell this product at a loss to clear. These products may have been opened, unboxed and plugged in the mains for a short period of time. When the product is returned to us we will it inspected by a qualified engineer and re-packaged in the packaging it was returned to us in. Where possible we will make notes in the product information to inform you of product and packaging condition.
Grade (AG)
All Grade products are products that we have been unable to return to the manufacturer for credit. Any product that is over 28 days in our possession will not be acceptable back by the manufacturer for credit and subsequently they have to be at a loss. These will have been opened and unboxed and plugged in to the mains for testing purposes. Some products may have minor defects or blemishes and may also have been repaired by the manufacturers appointed service centre.
End of Line (EOL)
These products have been discontinued by the manufacturer, and are being sold to clear.

Some products are just great deals on new items.
Current Listings
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
