TAKE PART EXCHANGE? |
We can not
accept part exchange vehicles due to the nature of our online business. We
sell at a very small profit margin over long distances and are unable to
allow for this within our online business model. |
| HOW CAN I PAY A DEPOSIT? |
We accept a deposit of £99
either by paypal or by credit / debit card over the phone. Our paypal

| HOW DO I PAY THE BALANCE? |
The balance is
due on collection or delivery of the vehicle. We accept cash or cheque or
bank transfer (subject to clearance) At our office we can accept debit card
verified by PIN (no charge) or credit card verified by PIN (2.5% charge)

| DO YOU DELIVER? |
Yes we deliver to all mainland UK
addresses. We also deliver to Ireland. (There may be a small charge for
delivery to Ireland) please ring us first for a quote.

| YOUR PRICES SEEM VERY
REASONABLE, HOW DO YOU DO IT? |
We are not
attempting to provide the cheapest cars on eBay, merely the best value for
money. We source all of our vehicles very carefully; many are 1OR 2 owner and
f.s.h. All our cars are warranted mileage, and we know their previous
history. All our cars are HPI clear, (i.e. no outstanding Finance etc.) So,
rather than price up our stock at main dealer prices and have them sitting
there for months, we prefer to sell for sensible money and turn them around
more quickly. That way, we always have something new and exciting for
eBay customers to see, and you don’t have to haggle to get a bargain!

CAN I VIEW A VEHICLE PRIOR TO PURCHASING? |
Yes viewing
is possible 6 days a week but please contact us first to arrange. (Sunday
viewing is sometimes possible)

Our main office
is located near the centre of Ormskirk, Lancashire and we have two North Wales
Dealerships as well

WHAT PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS AVAILABLE TO REACH YOUR OFFICE? |
If you are
coming here from the South of the UK you should travel by train to Liverpool
and then by a 25 minute journey by train from Liverpool to Ormskirk. If you
are coming here from the North of the UK you should travel by Train to
Preston and then by a 30 minute train journey from Preston to Ormskirk.
Ormskirk Train Station is 5 mimutes away.

We endeavour not to overstate
or oversell any of our cars. That is why we take time to photograph as many
different pictures as we can to give as much visual information as is

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ASSURANCES |
You will find
our descriptions fairly comprehensive and detailed, however if there is a
specific aspect of a car’s condition/specification that you are particularly
interested in then please use the “Ask seller a question” link.We always
stick to the truth in our accounts of how a vehicle drives and looks and we
will always be honest about a cars condition. Whilst it is the nature of our
business to try and be positive about each and every vehicle we list, we are
on eBay for the long-term and will endeavour to protect our long term
feedback rating by being scrupulously honest. Basically, we wouldn’t benefit
if we “oversold” a car’s strengths as the new owners won’t be best pleased
and we like our feedback to reflect the efforts we go to in order to keep
our record 100%. We ask for a small deposit as a show of commitment from
each customer on pressing the Buy-it-Now button, and if, when you arrive to
collect your car, you feel it has been misdescribed we will refund this in
full.
(This does not apply to customers who are “no-shows” nor does it mean
that you can haggle the price down on the day. It is simply an assurance
