Cheques and Postal Orders (£ Pounds) make payable to Daves Diecast Models.
I prefer payment by Credit Card or Paypal, but we are happy to accept cheques or postal orders. We do not accept inter bank transfers. |

Fees |
Shipping charges are clearly defined, All items are insured against Loss or Damage. Please contact us before leaving Neutral or Negative Feedback, as once a package leave us, we have no control over it. However, we can claim if something goes wrong. Our Postal charge includes: Postage, Packing, Packaging, Insurance etc. |

We use Royal Mail. Couriers are used for Large non UK items. |

Delivery |
We dispatch items next day after payment is received. Please contact us if your item hasn't arrived after 7 days to the UK, and after 10 days overseas. |

Refunds & Returns |
All our items are insured therefore we offer a FULL refund service. We refund/replace any damaged item (please send photo of damaged item). Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. |
