We've been selling online over 10 years, and have over 60 years experience of playing musical instruments in gigging environments. We pride ourselves on our professionalism.
What we do and don't do....
- We don't knowingly ignore our customers. We answer every email we receive, usually within a couple of hours (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm GMT). Please check any junk filters if you don't receive a reply!
- We keep our prices as lean as possible
- We ship your order quickly - usually all orders placed before 3pm are shipped the same day
- We do give you clear images and descriptions so that you know exactly what you're buying
- We do mess up every now and then (well - we may as well be honest! No-one is perfect and we make the odd mistake just like everyone does! The main thing is that we will always sort it out!)
- We don't sell gear which we wouldn't use ourselves (we're gigging musicians too)
- We don't overcharge on postage. Standard postage is FREE, faster services can be optionally selected in checkout.
We like to think that we offer something just a little different to most of the huge, faceless online music stores. If you have any queries - just sing up. We'll just be in the back watching old Emmanuelle videos and eating Horseradish Sauce sandwiches..... Keep on Danglin' ya berries!

RETURNS
- Faulty/Damaged/Incorrectly Sent Goods
- If the item arrives in faulty/damaged condition, or we have sent the wrong item, you must inform us within 3 working days of receipt. If the goods are returned faulty after 3 working days from receipt, they will be covered by warranty.
- UK Buyers: We'll give you a returns authorisation code and a Freepost address to return the item to (we pay charges)
- Outside UK: We'll give you a returns authorisation code and an address to return the item to. We will refund the cost of return shipping once it lands back with us. (Freepost services aren't available from outside the UK!)
As soon as we receive the item back, we will inspect the item and replace it by return post. Refunds are not available.
- Unwanted/Incorrectly Ordered Goods
- Upon receiving your goods you decide you don't want them, or you can return them under the Distance Selling Regulations.
- As soon as we receive the item back, we will inspect the item and refund you in full. On 'change of mind' orders you will be liable for the return postage costs
- Refunds will be made to the payment method you originally used.
- Warranty Returns
- Should your item fail within a 1 year period from receipt, we will repair your item under warranty.
- We will give you a returns authorisation code and address to return the item to.
- You must pay all costs for returning warranty repairs to us, and also send your original receipt/invoice with the item.
- Once we receive the item, it will be checked and we will repair or replace the item.
- We will pay all costs for sending the repaired/replaced item back to you.
- Refunds are not available for warranty returns.
SHIPPING TIMES
- Most items placed before 3pm are shipped the same working day, but do please allow up to 2 working days during busy periods.
- Same day dispatch is NOT guaranteed unless we offer the 'Get it Fast' option.
- We have little control over how long Royal Mail / our couriers take to deliver - please bear this in mind when rating us on the speed of the delivery.
FAQ's
- I want more than 1 of this item. How do I do it?
- All of the inventory we have is for sale on eBay. If you don't see what you want, then we don't currently have it.
- I want to combine my purchases, combine my shipping, and make one payment.
- Please use the eBay shopping basket for this, everything will be automatically calculated. Optional (usually faster) upgrades are available in the checkout.
