| I am honest to the point of brutality about the items that I have for sale, should the book have a scuffed cover bumped corners or whatever it will be described within the auction.
If there is a problem with payment, goods or anything PLEASE MAIL ME, I want both buyers and sellers to be happy and will help in any way I can.
If you mail me and do not get a quick response, the Seatrout may be running and I may be having a go at them.
I am on every evening after 10pm, after I have kicked my eldest off the PC, so you should get a reply about then.
If you have mailed me to ask me to end an auction and sell it to you, the answer will be no. I have been known to spend quite a bit of time getting pictures and description into a form that I like, and with luck this has drawn you to the auction in the first place, and will always let the auction run until the end.
NB. I do not give partial refunds for my sold items, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any of the items that you have purchased from me, please return it in the original and well packed way it was dispatched for a full refund.
Most of the books listed here are, if unsold after the first listing, placed on my website at a comparable price to those listed on other commercial book services. This is frequently higher than the start price I have listed on Ebay
