All item listed in our ebay shop are in stock and will be dispatched within 24 hours from cleared payment (except weekends and bank holidays).
Should we experience any problems in processing your order such us stock shortage we will inform you immediately offering a suitable alternative or an instant refund.
When purchasing 2 or more items we are more than happy to offer you whenever possible a discount on combined postage. Please contact us before payment and will send you a revised invoice with the new postage quote.
The majority of our items are posted by Royal Mail service and we offer differed shipping options at the check out for you to choose from.
Sometimes there can be a delay in receiving your item should you experience this inconvenient we would advise customers to contact their local sorting office to check if the parcel has been sent back undelivered.
Royal mail considers parcel lost only 15 working days after dispatch for parcels sent within UK and 21 days for parcels sent abroad and therefore we cannot file a claim or take any other actions before this term.
If after this time you have still not received your item we will offer to send out a replacement or if the item is no longer available we will refund in full immediately.
Sometimes items may be delayed due to severe weather conditions or industrial action, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed for these reasons.
We always report any lost parcels to Royal Mail for their investigation.
We try to describe our items as accurately as possible. However, we do understand that sometime once received a good may not be suitable to your needs and therefore we offer to all our customers the right to return their purchase for a full refund.
Should you decide to return your order please email us no later than 7 days from receipt so that we can authorize your return.
Products should not be returned if they have been used or if the packaging is destroyed. The product must be in new and in resalable condition
Upon receiving the returned item it will be thoroughly inspected and if the product is exactly in the same condition as when it was dispatched, will we refund you in full.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of the following items: breast pumps, milk bottles, potties, mattresses, nappies or similar products intended for personal use.
