Crafty Card Supplies / Crazy About Craft


I run a registered eBay business and am a sole trader registered with Inland Revenue. The two shops Crazy About Craft and Crafty Card Supplies are both run by myself, Nicolette, with the help of my two children. I’m committed to good customer service but do expect buyers to read listings before asking questions as I've spent a lot of time creating a listing format that answered most questions.

I’m a mum working full time as an office and IT manager for a company that assesses other companies on their corporate social responsibility. I designed and maintain a website for parents and carers of children with cerebral palsy as my daughter has this disability. I also create websites for people in the little spare time I have, fortunately, I have excellent IT skills which enables me to work very quickly!

Your rights: Under the Distance Selling Regulations (click here for a DTI fact sheet (opens in new window)) you have 7 days to change your mind about all online/mail order purchases even if a seller states they don’t accept returns. Business to Business and Auction transactions are excluded from this.

Our service to you: It has always been our policy to have clear prices both for our items and for postage and packing. Wherever possible we will always package and deliver your goods within 2-3 working days of receiving cleared payment during normal business hours.
