Also take note that Craftville is based in Malaysia, South East Asia and the general time for postage to the UK is around 8 to 16 working days. Je vous remercie de votre patience.       WHO IS CRAFTVILLE   Craftville is a medium sized craft supply company run by two Malaysians with a wonderful team that speaks reads and writes English as our first language. Speaking of Malaysia, some of you may have never heard of this place but let us give you a little more information on where we come from.   Malaysia is located in between Thailand and Singapore in South East Asia. Besides that, we have only one season and that is summer all year through with some rainy days.  An average temperature of 30-34 degrees Celsius, it is humid and hot over here.   We converse daily in English over here. We were brought up speaking this as our first language so we are no strangers in this language.   Craftville also has over 10 (ten) years experience with the internet and also on eBay. I personally started selling on eBay since 1998 with my old ebay account. I have also worked in an international retail outlet for over 5 (five) years. That is hard earned customer service experience earned from my time is retail as a store manager.   WHAT WE SELL   We sell all craft related items such as ribbons, embellishments, sewing items, florist supplies, cake decorations,  scrapbooking items, wedding favours, handmade arts and craft as well as collectibles. We even have non-craft related categories as one of us is into other items of interest. So, it is no surprise when you check our listings to see a wide range of items available.   ARE WE EXPENSIVE?   Honestly, we are considered average coming from this corner of the world. I really hate to say it that I would rather have some style and quality compared to selling cheaply sourced items at rock bottom minimal profit prices, earning crumbs and wonder why you got into the business in the first place. So, having sourced the best quality and effort put in, you pay for quality and service here.   CUSTOMERS COME FIRST   Customer satisfaction is our top priority as we understand the wonderful feeling of being treated with importance, patience and respect. We currently do not accept any other form of payments except PayPal. For buyers out of the UK, here is a Currency Converter  by eBay.   If you have a payment question, please do email me.   COMBINED POSTAGE (50% - 75% Postage Discount!)   Combined Postage (When  you buy a few items) means you will pay the Highest Postage amount listed of any one of your purchases plus 50%-75% for additional item purchased unless otherwise specified in the listing.   Here is an example: Your postage for 3 items are; £3.00 / £2.50 / £5.50   I will count your postage this way: £5.50 + £1.50 + £1.25   Therefore you save on additional purchases. Some of our items may have FREE SHIPPING and this does not effect the combined postage.   COMBINING YOUR PURCHASES You are always advised to ask seller for a Combined Invoice when you are ready to pay for multiple purchases.   This is so I can total everything up for you with the 50% to 75% postage discount.   You may do so by using eBay’s ‘Ask Seller For Combined Invoice’ or by just emailing me.   EXPRESS POSTAGE I do cater to Express Postage for orders needed urgently. Please contact me before placing your bid.   Note that it is usually much higher than regular air mail. Prices start from about £25.00 (US$38.00) for anything under 1kg.   It also takes around 4-7 business days to the UK and 5-10 days elsewhere.(Weekends are not working days)   LARGE ORDERS    If the order is sufficiently large, a suitable box will be provided to hold your order and protective packaging. For combined postage weight of 2kg and above, we ship it with Registered Parcel Air Mail.   Please note that this takes longer then general air mail and the postage time is around 2-3 weeks to most countries.   In worst cases, it may even take 4-5 weeks including custom clearance. Please note this.   FAIR PRICES & QUALITY PRODUCTS We at Craftville think both our product prices and postage rates are extremely competitive. We do not believe in selling products cheaply and then charging an unfair postage cost.   We also source for the best possible quality products as we know that there are a number of poor quality products out there in the market.   RETURNS & REFUNDS   At Craftville, we do our very best to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.   We have an UNCONDITIONAL return policy refunding the winning bid amount for items returned in its original condition.   We must receive the item back in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. The shipping for this is paid by the buyer. It is our guarantee that you will receive the exact item you purchased. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before leaving a feedback.   We value your patronage and your satisfaction is very important to us. Your feedback also lets us know you have received the item/s.   Upon receipt of the wrong item sent (where applicable), we will either send you the correct item back to you free of charge or provide you with a full refund including the original shipping amount.   CONTACT   I will usually get back to you within 24-48 hours.
