All our stock is brand new and boxed, we work closely with all our suppliers in order to guarantee up to the minute fashion trends at discounted prices, which we can then pass onto our customers. We have one U.K based manufacturer who supplies hand picked styles to Congo Cat exclusively, so you won see these anywhere else (watch out for our exclusive to us logo).

PAYMENT
We accept payment by:-
Paypal - (immediate clearance)

Cheques - made payable to Congo Cat (7 day clearance although
if you have shopped with us before and are a proven
customer we will post item as soon as cheque is received.

Postal Orders - made payable to Congo Cat - Goods will be sent as soon as postal order is received

We can only accept payment via paypal for customers outside of the United Kingdom.

SHIPPING
We always endeavour to ship purchases on the same day that payment is received (via paypal) Monday- Friday, so that you have your purchase as soon as possible. We use Royal Mail Services (recorded delivery), you will be required to sign for your parcel. If you have not received you goods within 7 days of purchase please contact us (info below) and we will start proceedings to recover or replace item (please remember Royal Mail do not consider an item lost for the first 15 days after posting, so please bear with us).
Shipping abroad is the same procedure as within the U.K except there are additional postage costs to be paid (please contact us for additional postage costs).

Returns Policy
If for some reason you would like to return you purchase, we are more than happy to refund your money (a small charge will be made for paypal charges) or replace the item (subject to stock), under the conditions listed below.
All returns must be agreed in advance, please e-mail us within 5 days
of receipt of item.
You will receive a return authorisation e-mail, goods must be returned
within 7 days of receiving this e-mail, all items to be returned by
recorded delivery (proof of postage).
Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging (if we
suspect that the goods have been used or the conditions above have not
been met, we reserve the right to return the goods without notice.

If you are a regular buyer on e-bay, you will be aware of the importance of leaving feedback. This helps to highlight genuine and honest traders and enables new and other e-bayers to bid in the knowledge that the seller has a good reputation for delivering what they say they are selling.
