 Shipping
- How much is postage and packaging (P&P)? Shipping and handling costs will be clearly noted on the auction item page.
- For multiple purchases, our checkout system will determine the S&H based on shipping profiles shown in each auction whichever is high. All additional shipping discounts will be applied automatically.
- Where do we ship? We ship to the following countries ONLY: United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United States.
- Combined shipping is only limited to the auctions listed under the seller account: CompleteBuy.
- Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
- The buyer is responsible for the applicable import duty and local tax, if any. If you have any questions, please verify with your customs before your purchase.
 Payment
- After you won the auction, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. All payments must go through our checkout.
- We accept the following payment method: PayPal
- Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with eBay upon non-receipt of payment.
- Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us.
- Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. We start to process and rush your order once checkout is completed.
 Returns
- We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase via insured parcel post.
- For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
- Opened software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
