- Unconfirmed and low feedback buyers may experience a slight
delay in dispatch due to necessary security checks.

- Items are shipped within 3 working day's of cleared funds and normally
arrive the next working day.
- Items are normally sent through City-Link or Royal Mail
- IF an item is not collected or redelivery organised within 4 working
days and the item is returned the buyer is responsibile for our costs
and
redelivery charges.
- Tracking information available on request.
- There is a surcharge for Northern Ireland, Off shore Islands and furthest
points of Scotland (contact us for details / quotes)
- All items are professionally packaged so they reach you in the condition
they left

Returns
Policy |
- All items (unless otherwise stated) are covered by a 7 day return
to
base warranty for repair/replacement/refund (our choice).
- This means the buyer is responsible for returning the item safely
to us.
- In the first instance contact us via email to obtain a returns authorisation
number. Any returns sent without the appropriate documentation will
be rejected and not processed any further.

Feedback |
- Leaving feedback is not 'law' but feedback means everything in the
ebay marketplace. We leave feedback after a buyer leaves it for us.
- Negative and Neutral feedback voids ANY warranty.

Misc. |
- We keep a record of all serial numbers of components sold
seperately and within systems. This has become necessary due to a
small number of fraudulant ebayers that try to return items as faulty
that have been purchased elsewhere.
