How to send your buyer an invoice for the correct email address
The safest payment method a buyer can use is PayPal, however there may be times when you have put the incorrect email address on the listing, and the payment your buyer makes ends up nowhere.
Follow these simple steps to get your payment and give your buyer the protection PayPal affords them.
Ask them to cancel the payment they should have the option to do this in PayPal if the email address is not assigned to another PayPal account.
Sign into PayPal and go to Request Money, you are greeted with this screen.
Click Create Invoice.
