Clarik engineering and automotive supplies is run by a friendly close knit team and operates from a shop open to the trade and public,our opening hours are 8.30-5pm mon- friday and 9-1pm on saturdays.

We will accept cheques and postal orders made out to clarik engineering supplies please allow several days to clear.
We accept payment by bank transfer, email us for details if you wish to do so.
Ebay requires us to ship only to the address specified on the members information please make sure this is correct,we can ship to alternate address's if contacted in advance vie the ebay message system but please be aware that any problems we cannot be held responsible for as ebay/paypal require correct information for claims.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING RATES
All goods sent by courier are insured and will require signature on delivery. Please allow up to 3-4 working days for delivery.
For international customers please note quoted shipping times are only ebay's estimates and are not actual exact dates due to some countries extreme customs processing ie:USA/CANADA please allow 2-3weeks for delivery, we have no control over these factors.
Standard airmail is not a tracked service for tracked service the international signed for option is the one you want.
You can order online and collect goods from our shop, we are open 8.30am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Saturdays 9am to 1pm.
Where we can we will combine items for shipping to save costs please do not pay for multiple purchases and request either by email via the ebay message centre a total.
We ship to mainland UK, N Ireland, Republic Of Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands. Non UK mainland shipping costs are detailed below.

ROYAL MAIL AND AIRMAIL POSTAGE
For items sent by royal mail emails are sent when items are dispatched please allow extra time for delivery,please note royal mail do not consider any package as lost or delayed until 15days after due delivery date.
We will try and help where possible in case of lost/damged/delayed items we cannot guarantee delivery times either we are at the whims of the uk postal service.
We will combine items for postage/courier where we are able if you are buying multiple items do not pay until you are finished and request a total from the seller.

Please note all purchases must be completed with 7 days,failute to reply to emails will result in the transaction being cancelled.
.We will respond to all emails within business hours. unless they fall over the weekend they will be responed on monday morning.
Enquiries/orders recieved over the weekend will be dealt with Monday morning.
WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
Unless stated otherwise new products have 12 months warranty.
All warranties for UK mainland will be picked up by parcelforce, unless specifically stated otherwise - we will arrange collection of your item, it will be repaired/exchanged, then shipped back to you. For non uk mainland addresses the buyer will be responsible for carriage charges back to us, we will then repair/exchange the item and we will pay for the return shipping.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have 7 days from receipt of goods to notify us in writing or phonecall of your intention to return the item and a further 7 days to get the item back to us. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to us,we would advise sending by an insured method.
If you have a faulty or incorrectly despatched item then please contact us as soon as possible,we can arrange the correct part to be sent out with a return envelope for the wrong damaged part.
DISCLAIMER
Due to legal obligations we cannot advise on the fitting or requirements of safety related products on vehicles ie: brake pipe,tyre products etc.
If you are unsure regards this please seek advice from proffesional vehicle technicians before purchasing goods in these areas we can direct to manufacturers websites where applicable.
We try to maintain a good stock of products we sell but due to size constraints some items may not be on the shelf, but available same or next day if you wish to collect your items from us please phone or contact us in advance or to ensure stock availability.
Please be aware as part of our continuous improvement we try to keep our listings up to date but with the large amount of stock and constant changes with suppliers this can change, Therefore product specifications may vary slightly from listing as items are updated by the manufacturer we will try to keep them as current as we can.
Please do not send messages via the paypal system as we do not see these if you need to contact us at all the contact information is listed, if it is a message about an item please make the question part of the header as we recieve hundreds of emails via ebay and paypal and we cannot distinguish enquiries from system notifications.

Before leaving neutral or negative feedback please contact us to resolve any issues, most negative feedback is placed without contact so we dont even know there is a problem.
Can we sort it out replace the item at fault or resolve a delivery issue? before leaving negative feedback without contact or saying you have tried to contact us is rude and does not reflect on us remember ebay can see all communications if they want to they know what has been said and attempted be factual.
