DELIVERY AND SHIPPING RATES
All goods sent by courier are insured and will require signature on delivery. Please allow up to 3-4 working days for delivery.
For international customers please note quoted shipping times are only ebay's estimates and are not actual exact dates due to some countries extreme customs processing ie:USA/CANADA please allow 2-3weeks for delivery, we have no control over these factors.
Standard airmail is not a tracked service for tracked service the international signed for option is the one you want.
You can order online and collect goods from our shop, we are open 8.30am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Saturdays 9am to 1pm.

For items sent by royal mail emails are sent when items are dispatched please allow extra time for delivery,please note royal mail do not consider any package as lost or delayed until 15days after due delivery date.
We will try and help where possible in case of lost/damged/delayed items we cannot guarantee delivery times either we are at the whims of the uk postal service.
We will combine items for postage/courier where we are able if you are buying multiple items do not pay until you are finished and request a total from the seller.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
Unless stated otherwise new products have 12 months warranty.
All warranties for UK mainland will be picked up by parcelforce, unless specifically stated otherwise - we will arrange collection of your item, it will be repaired/exchanged, then shipped back to you. For non uk mainland addresses the buyer will be responsible for carriage charges back to us, we will then repair/exchange the item and we will pay for the return shipping.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have 7 days from receipt of goods to notify us in writing or phonecall of your intention to return the item and a further 7 days to get the item back to us. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to us,we would advise sending by an insured method.
If you have a faulty or incorrectly despatched item then please contact us as soon as possible,we can arrange the correct part to be sent out with a return envelope for the wrong damaged part.
Due to legal obligations we cannot advise on the fitting or requirements of safety related products on vehicles ie: brake pipe,tyre products etc.
If you are unsure regards this please seek advice from proffesional vehicle technicians before purchasing goods in these areas we can direct to manufacturers websites where applicable.
We try to maintain a good stock of products we sell but due to size constraints some items may not be on the shelf, but available same or next day if you wish to collect your items from us please phone or contact us in advance or to ensure stock availability.
Please be aware as part of our continuous improvement we try to keep our listings up to date but with the large amount of stock and constant changes with suppliers this can change, Therefore product specifications may vary slightly from listing as items are updated by the manufacturer we will try to keep them as current as we can.
Please do not send messages via the paypal system as we do not see these if you need to contact us at all the contact information is listed, if it is a message about an item please make the question part of the header as we recieve hundreds of emails via ebay and paypal and we cannot distinguish enquiries from system notifications.
