Vintage items & Antiques have been part of my life since I can remember.
My Grandmother & Mother collected China & Art whereas most men in our family where interested in toy Trains, Planes & Automobiles!
This explains the funny combination in my shop in case you wondered.
Not being a big collector myself and with a commercial backround I found out that I do like to trade & sell these items! Resulting in 2 Shops, one in the UK and one in The Netherlands!

Business Terms in short:
All trading of Chipmunk Treasures happens under the standard rules and regulations of Dutch Law for Retail Businesses.
Shipment
Shipment of items happens after total and complete payment has been received by Chipmunk Treasures.
We ship instantly, large over 2 kg parcels by TNT Post (The Netherlands)
and all small parcels by DP / DHL Global Mail Services (Germany).
According to Ebay Rules there is a 4 week period to ship the item to you before a refund or resending of a second parcel is necessary.
Our actual shipping time is much quicker, unless there are Postal Strikes etc.
Payments policy
Payments within 7 days with a maximum of 30 days.
Payments by Pay Pal, or by Banktransfer (Euro Countries only!) on the quoted Banknumbers that are available or are given to you upon request.
Returns policy
Returns accepted within 30 days for complete Refund (money back) or for a change with an identical product.
Appropriate communications about the wish to use our Return Policy have to be made by the Buyer in order to qualify.
Feedback
Positive Feedback is given instantly by Chipmunk Treasures after receival of complete payment of the buyer.
To keep Ebay a Good Place for everyone these are the rules for your complaints/feedback:
1. Contact the seller first and inform about your complaint.
2. Ask for a refund from the seller.
If you don't get any reaction on 1 or 2 then give it some time and in the ultimate case give your neg or neutral feedback.
Contact & communication should always be tried first!
The buyer has the right to give a neg feedback if there is no reaction from the seller and NO refund because he/she hasnt received what was bought/won and he/she lost money.
In case the seller does contact the buyer and refunds your item completely please take note of the following;
If the refund has been made by the seller there are no obligations for feedback anymore since the sale has been disengaged.
Ofcourse there might be return issues and the seller wants the item back but there is NO Sales and feedback obligation once the item is returned safely.
Broken or Lost Items
Complete Refund by Chipmunk Treasures in case of proven loss or damage. In some cases of damage a Photo proof can be asked for.
