Please note that I am only too happy to combine items won in my auctions, and postage prices are heavily reduced in such instances. I use bubble envelopes, bubble wrap, foam pellets and shredded paper to pack items, and pack to a high standard.
UK postage is by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery if 1000g or less, otherwise by Royal Mail 1st class recorded, Standard Parcels or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending on value of item being sent. I get proof of postage for every item, and, of course, recorded delivery/Special Delivery items can be track and traced via the internet.
OVERSEAS postage is Royal Mail Airmail. Items over 2kg cannot be sent by Royal Mail, and are passed over to Parcel Force, making the costs a lot higher. Please email me if you are concerned about the weight / postal cost of the item before bidding. I DO NOT send any items overseas by surface mail. There are several reasons that I find airmail better:
- Items are generally handled better
- Surface mail can take 8-14 weeks for a parcel to arrive, often preventing feedback from being left. Airmail takes approx 4-10 days
- Fewer parcels are lost in transit when sent airmail
All parcels sent overseas with a winning value of 0.00 or more will be sent International Recorded, so they can be tracked.

Above all, I am only human. We all have our off days and oh-so-great days. We can all catch a cold and be off work for a few days. Please be patient if for any reason you do not hear from me, though I do try hard to keep up with all the emails. I really am a one woman band, and I have to do all the descriptions, photography, listing, emailing, posting, wrapping, oh, and buying the items, myself.
