Bidding Requirements

We will NOT accept bids from:

  • Any bidder who places and then retracts a bid without contacting us with a valued reason.
  • Previous non payers.
  • Anyone who has received a non paying strike from any other seller within the previous 30 days
  • please only serious bidders and only bid or buy when your 100% happy with your purchase

 
 
Returns
  • The buyer must notify us within 48  hours that they intend to return their purchase. The item must be received by us within 7 days of purchase. The garment MUST be returned in the same state it left us.
  • Tags must be intact.
  • Item must be unused
  • We will not accept damaged goods.
  • Finally postage costs are none refundable ( as item was sent and payed for)
  • All items are checked before and we will never send out a damaged item.

 
Postage
  • Our postal rates are displayed clearly at the end of each individual listing. We supply the rates for both UK and overseas buyers. We post everyday so our customers may recieve there purchases as soon as possible our standard service is 1 st class recorded delivery. We offer a range of postal options which include special delivery , if you require any special arrangement/postage please email us with them.

  • We prefer paypal and accept postal order, cheques and bankers drafts, payments by cheque will take from 3 to 4 days to clear then item will be posted.
  •  Payments must be made within 48 hours of item ending, If for some reason your payment will be after 48 hours please contact & notify us.
