Terms and Conditions
Delivery
Postage and packing for this item is charged at cost plus packaging. Items will be dispatched usually within 24 hours of cleared funds, and you will be notified by email when the item has been dispatched.
Combined postage on Multiple purchases.
Payment
I accept Paypal, (no extra charge), personal cheque or postal order. Payment to be received within 7 days of end of auction. If a problem arises contact me extra time will be given. None payment or no contact is always reported to ebay.
Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event of receiving your item and finding it to be faulty then please email me within 5 days of receipt to report the problem. I will then advise method of return and once l have received the faulty item can l arrange a replacement to be sent, or a full refund if out of stock. I will refund any return postage costs and will deliver a replacement item at my expense.
Returns
If you need to return an item for any reason other than, it being broken/faulty, then the buyer is to pay all postage for returned items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be granted if we can not replace a faulty item. No refund will be granted if you simply change your mind.
Items faulty/broken through misuse will not be replaced/refunded.
Feedback
Feedback is very important, once you receive your item and you are 100% happy, then please leave feedback. If for any reason you are not happy then please contact us, we can resolve 99.9% of all issues, please consider this before leaving negative or neutral feedback. Feedback is an important part of the ebay community.
