Resale of Lift Tickets, Vouchers & Coupons, or Season Passes
All Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR) Lift tickets are sold through our lift ticket office or through authorized dealers. Unauthorized resale of these tickets may be prohibitted by the laws of some states. Use of lift tickets is subject to the terms printed on the back of the tickets. Regarding resale, the ticket reads: "Non Transferable ~ Illegal to Resell. Unauthorized Resale can Result in Confiscation and Prosecution." Other tickets read "Non Transferable ~ Not for Resale." All lift tickets also contain terms that state Crested Butte Mountains right to revoke or confiscate tickets held in violation of CBMR policy. Lift tickets sold on eBay are not sold through an authorized dealer. These tickets may be voided, with no right to refund for the holder. Vouchers & Coupons for lift tickets and discounts are occasionally offered by Crested Butte Mountain as promotional items. Language on these Vouchers & Coupons clearly states they are "not transferable" and "have no cash value." Additionally, most state explicitly "not for resale." Resale of these items may be prohibitted in some states. Vouchers & Coupons are usually offered in conjunction with a business or organization. They are never intended for resale. Resale of CBMR Vouchers & Coupons on eBay is NEVER authorized. Vouchers & Coupons may be voided, with no right to refund for the holder.
Season Passes are sold solely through the CBMR Lift Ticket Office. They are not transferable and are not for resale. Resale of Season Passes my be prohibitted in some states.
