I'm Louise, owner, creator and fashion buyer. Most of my dress agency merchandise is listed in my eBay shop with vintage stock sold directly from my website or from my Etsy boutique (see links below).

I offer a super-quick dispatch service and postage is based on the actual weight of your parcel plus a 50p packaging fee. Please remember that I have to pay for mailing bags, tissue paper, bubble wrap and transportation, so all this has to be taken into account. All merchandise is posted by a recorded method so tracking and a signature will be required on receipt. This ensures parcels comply with PayPal's Seller Protection Scheme so you can rest easy that your merchandise will be safe in transit.
If you buy more than one item in a single transaction please contact me when your purchase is complete. I love to combine postage so the more you buy, the cheaper the over all shipping cost is going to be! In the unlikely event you overpay on postage I'll always refund the difference or make sure your parcel is sent first class rather than second. Please take this into account when leaving your five star feedback ratings and remember that you're rating on the actual dispatch time, not how long it takes to deliver your goods - that's down to Royal Mail postal services and I have no control over that.
