The In-Scents Outlet sells many high-end branded perfumes and aftershaves at discounted prices as compared to those you see in the shops. We are also 100% confident that our items are 100% authentic due to the calibre of our suppliers - how confident are you when you choose the cheapest option? We can assure you that all products are brand new and fresh from our distributors and you can be sure you will only receive the highest quality product possible.
Customer Care is Important to Us
We pride ourselves on the ability to give our customers the highest quality customer care as evidenced by our feedback. We always acknowledge payments as and when received and send notifications so that our customers know when to expect their items.
We are happy to deal with all queries received from customers whether it is related to the delivery of their items or in relation to items they would like to purchase but aren’t able to see in our shop.
All purchases are dealt with on an immediate turnaround basis. As soon as we are notified of payments, items are boxed, labelled and ready to go!
In September of this year we launched own website and have been pleasantly surprised with the results. This has been an ideal opportunity for us to market our products directly to the public – especially those who haven’t yet discovered the delights of Ebay!!

August Update
Our new website will be launched in the next couple of weeks, it has taken much longer than anticipated due to the complexity of the new functionality, but, with a new simplified domain name and great images, (supplied by our fantastic wholesalers, and in particular our Account Manager, we as a company and I, as an individual would like to thank them and especially (J) personally for supporting me/us and for taking the time to watermark each image individually with our new logo. We think you will be suitably impressed.... new domain name will be coming soon....
