SORRY WE DO NOT SEND TO P.O BOX ADDRESSES OR EQUIVALENT.

We sell second hand and new items ranging from media items to toys, clothes, crockery, hi-fi and loads more. We are based in the Uk and all our items are in-hand, sent from the Uk. We try to post items within 2 working days of cleared payment, we often end up sending on the day of payment. As we are a business we try to have weekends off but sometimes post on a saturday and try to answer questions on weekends as well. Please be aware that we send our heavier more expensive items by parcelforce 48hr, we can only get to the post office in the afternoons, unfortunately after their parcelforce collection has been. This means the '48hrs' does not start until the day after we have posted it. This can give a delay, especially if bought after tuesday e.g. if you bought on a tuesday evening and I posted wednesday afternoon, parcelforce would not collect until thursday, they only count weekdays so it would be due to be delivered on monday. Please do not buy if you are unhappy with this as it is outside of my control.

We accept payment by paypal for Uk and international customers (this is the only method of payment for outside uk). Additionaly Uk customers can pay by postal order or cheque. Cheques and crossed postal orders need to clear first, uncrossed postal orders are instant. I am always happy for local buyers to collect items to save buyer paying postage (cash on collection please). We combine shipping costs where possible for multiple purchases bought and paid at the same time. Please do not be offended if your item is wrapped in new wallpaper rather than brown paper, we have found that it is thicker than the brown paper and so is less likely to get torn in the post. As we buy from ebay as well as sell we do re-use envelopes sent to us where possible as well as having a good stock of new envelopes. Please do not buy if you are unhappy with re-used packaging, or email me first to see if I can make sure yours is sent in new packaging.

We are always happy to help so please email if there are any problems with your purchase or you need more information about an item you wish to purchase. We try to list items as accurately as possible as we want our customers to be satisfied.

Please remember that if you buy from me I will not receive all of the money you pay me and will receive very little of it compared to a private seller. Out of it I have to pay the postage & packaging, ebay insertion fee of 5p per listing, final value fees of up to 10% and paypal fees of about 3%. Also overheads of: price I paid for item, ebay shop fee of £49.99 a month (to get insertion fee of 5p per item), electricity, internet and phone bills, car running costs etc as well as income tax on the profits I do make!

International Buyers – Please Note:

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

  • Due to a high proportion of items being sent to Italy being 'lost in the post' I will only send to Italy if the buyer is willing to pay the extra £3.50 to get the item signed for, on top of the p&p price stated. If you don't want to pay this then please do not buy.

  • We send items to most countries unless the item weighs over 2Kg, then it is a Uk only sale, this should be noted at the top of the listing. Please do not buy if there is no postage price for you, contact me first in case it is a mistake and I can send it to you. I tend to keep the sale of breakables to the Uk and Europe only. Also a lot of media items are not compatible in USA and Canada such as playstation games. If you are from these countries please do not buy.

RETURNS POLICY:

Returns are accepted within 7 days but you must inform me of your wish to return and the item must be sent back in it's original condition, if it's sealed it needs to return sealed etc. Return costs are at the buyers expense, on receiving an item back a refund will be issued once the item is checked to make sure it is in it's original condition as sent to buyer, and that it is the exact same item that was sent (this is done by various security measures I have in place) This should not take longer than 2 days from receiving it back but actually is usually done within a few hours of receiving!

Only the cost of item, not the original postage costs, will be refunded. If your item was free post & packing your refund will still be minus the postage costs I paid. I may also need to charge a fee for time spent packaging and posting if the return is not because it was faulty. The only exception being if an item is found to be faulty that was not in listing. These items will be checked and if found to be faulty, postage will also be refunded. This is unlikely as items are tested before listing unless sold as 'untested, sold as seen', these items are non-refundable.

Please note I have had returns in the past as 'faulty' which were not faulty, the buyer was using the wrong console, equipment etc so worked perfectly on return to me. This will mean a refund of cost only, plus possible charge for my original time spent packaging and posting, as I cannot be responsible for a buyers lack of knowledge about an item, I always try to find out the exact problem and make suggestions to ensure it is definately faulty before return. I also encourage questions about my items before buying (and ask for you to wait for answer, there is no use complaining after if you did not wait to find out) and would ask buyers to read descriptions thoroughly, ask for extra photos etc. 

If an item is damaged in the post a claim must be made with the postal service used, it is better if the buyer keeps the item until the outcome of the claim, I can then refund the buyer when the claim has been processed, there would then be no need to return the item to me. If the buyer insists on returning the item to me before the claim has been made they will have to pay this return postage as it is probably an unecessary cost. Also a refund cannot be given until it has been veryfied that it was damaged in the post and not by the buyer. This is to stop fraudulent buyers claiming for things they have broken/damaged themselves.

Please do not be 'frightened off' by the above policy. I need to make this clear to you so there is no misunderstanding and to protect myself from fraudulent buyers. If problems occur we do everything we can to try to rectify the situation in a friendly manner and are happy to talk to you on the telephone if you would prefer that.
