Returns, refunds & contact details


We are happy to accept returns on Buy it Now items.  Please return items within 7 days in the same condition we sent them to you and by the same delivery method.

If we have misdescribed an item - we are only human - then we will refund the item charge, the postage and packing charge and your postage in returning the item to us.

If however an item is as described and you still want to return it, we are happy to accept your return and will fully refund the cost of the item, but not our postage charge or yours in returning the item.  For items with inclusive postage the actual cost of postage will be retained and deducted from your refund.

Refunds.

If you have paid by paypal then a refund will be returned to your paypal account on safe receipt of the returned item. 

If you have paid by postal order then a business cheque will be posted to your registered Ebay address.
