The most important thing to remember when buying on ebay is that there are a lot of fake or copy goods circulating around .Therefore when you bid/buy on here it is very important to ONLY buy from sellers with a high feedback number and good percentage rating.I have over 10000 positive comments and a rating of 99.8% so you know for certain that you will be getting a genuine article,shipped quickly and as described in the selling page and photo.I am also a verified member of paypal and again these things are important when deciding from whom you should buy your goods.
All items are shipped within two working days of payment confirmed and all are checked before being packaged as they were when originally listed.PLEASE READ ALL OF THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AND THIS INCLUDES THE MEASUREMENTS .If in the unlikely event you have a problem,please contact me within seven days of the auction end and before you have left any feedback comment.I regret to say that i cannot deal with problems after this time or after a unfavourable feedback comment has been left.Please remember that this is an auction site where you bid on the goods based on the description/photo and can only have a complaint if there is a discrepency in either of these.Try to decide if the complaint is my fault or in fact because you yourself made a mistake or did not read the description fully as advised.I will take returns on all buy it now items if you contact me withinn seven days of receiving the item and will return the purchase price of the item less carriage costs when i receive the item back in condition it was sent.
All measurements are taken by hand and although are as accurate as i can get them,they are still approximate.I source many of my goods from other stores,shops and outlets as well as buy to sell from other ebay users and the internet in general;.Therefore in some very rare cases,lighter coloured clothes such as whites etc could be very slightly shop soiled.This is through being handled in store and will be mentioned in listing if significant.Some may be agent samples,some may be without sales tags and some may have the tags altered or different than pictured.However these are all still "new" as this means not preowned .
Finally if there is a problem with your order,please be civil and reasonable when contacting me as i get a lot of emails which are overly demanding.I will deal with people civilly unles they are abusive,overly demanding or threaten negative feedback in which case communication will cease.It is always better to be freindly and considerate in emails and is more likely to achieve a compromise.I am not out to deceive,rip off or con,i dont seel fakes or misdescribed items on purpose and i try to solve problems amicably and this is abundantly clear in my 10000 odd feedback so please remember this in the unlikely chance you have a problem.
