We set up our 'BMCdigital' business in April 2005. Having sold our first memory card within 3 hours, we were very excited at the prospects and couldn't wait to start listing and selling more items. We now sell thousands of items each week, priced from £0.99 to £200.
We have many regular customers ranging from home users who buy for personal use, to other websites and ebay sellers, who buy to sell on to others. Our aim as a seller is to provide you, the buyer, with a level of service great enough to match such a high quality product.

BMCdigital Ltd Terms and Conditions - By purchasing an item from us you are agreeing to the below terms.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are displayed in each listing. We accept payment by Paypal, most major credit and debit cards, Bank transfer, Postal orders and Cheques.
Delivery
We only deliver within the mainland UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver next working day. If you order on a weekend or after 3.30pm on a Friday your order will be sent out on the Monday or in certain cases Tuesday.
Purchasing
All items offered on our ebay Store are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our ebay store, click the "Buy it now" button shown on each product listing.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, In Ear headphones that are opened, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

Weee Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now U K law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
BMCdigital LTD are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from us a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For example, if a customer bought a new EEE item from us we would accept their old WEEE item and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
Refunds and Returns Policy
In the unlikely event you item is lost then Royal mail state
"Please wait 15 days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. We allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems."
Items are returned to the correct location.
Valuable goods are insured.

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. This does not apply to business to business transactions.
Please Note: All goods are returned are at the buyer's own risk and we would advise that you use a service that requires a signature upon delivery. BMC will not refund return postage costs in excess of the charge made when the order was originally dispatched.
We will not refund any product which has been 'specifically ordered' for you unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received in an order, you must inform BMC within 48hrs receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time.
Should a product ever fail to operate or become faulty simply notify us in writing and return it in its original re-saleable packaging and condition. We will exchange it for new or replace it with a model of equal or higher value or credit the invoice price at our discretion.
If you have ordered the wrong product, return the product unopened and in it's original re-saleable packaging for an exchange or a full refund at our discretion. BMC reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee (excluding VAT) in the event that a product is returned that is not faulty. Postage and packing may not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
Item Not in stock or not suitable for Dispatch
If on the very rare occassion an item is live on ebay but appears to be out of stock when a team member attempts to pick and pack the item or when the item is picked it is not suitable for dispatch then we will send your item as soon as we recieve new stock. If you require us to check this for you due to you needing the item urgently then please email us on service@bmcdigital.co.uk prior to purchase so we can arrange for a physical check to be made.
Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
