How to Get your Delivery Discounts -: Locate the items you wish to purchase and Click Buy Now.  DO NOT PAY for the items one at a time. When you have finished Buying go to your My eBay Page check that your purchases appear as one order with one delivery charge. If they appear as separate purchases with separate delivery charges WAIT - DO NOT PAY YET. When we combine your purchases you'll receive an invoice via eBay. Delivery Discounts are lost if individual items are paid with separate payments.

Free UK Delivery for Combined Purchases -: Irrespective as to how many items you buy and combine into one order you only pay the delivery cost for one item. The more you buy the more you save. You will be charged the delivery amount for the item with the highest delivery cost - all the others are delivered FREE. This applies to All our UK Delivery Options. International Delivery Discounts -: We combine International Purchases & offer substantial delivery discounts. Buyers residing outside the UK should follow the guidance above.

UK Delivery Options -: We offer Royal Mail 1st Class (Allow 2-3 working days for delivery) - Royal Mail 2nd Class (Allow 5-7 days) & Next Working Day Courier & Special Delivery Services (Allow 1-2 Working Days). Buyers select the delivery service they require when completing payment at the checkout.

Payment Options -: PayPal is preferred as it is safer, quicker and automated with eBay. We also accept Credit & Debit Card Payments, please telephone 01803 883932. Warranties & Faulty Goods -: New Items are warranted for at least 12 months, used items have no Warranty. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, at our discretion. Blue Water Sports will refund your reasonable costs relating to the original supply and return of any faulty goods.

Return's -: We operate a 30 day returns period, exceeding the statutory minimum by 23 days. Goods returned for exchange will be subject to a new delivery charge. We only accept "Return's" for items bought via eBay at a "Fixed Price". Auction based purchases that involve bidding can only be returned if the item is "Not as Described" i.e. faulty.

Refunds -: Goods returned for a refund must be returned in the same condition as originally supplied. We Refund the price paid for the Goods, delivery charges are not refundable. Before a refund is processed buyers should respond to the "Sale Cancellation" message that will be sent via eBay.

Delivery Problems -: We will not issue any Refunds or send replacement goods  for "Lost in the Post" UK Deliveries until 30 days have elapsed since the dispatch date, this is increased to 60 Days for deliveries outside the UK. Should we agree to issue a refund or send replacement goods Buyers must agree to cooperate with the completion of any forms that the delivery company may require.
