Hi there, we are alina and stu, we used to trade under the name alina2347, but we thought that was a bit boring, and as we sell mainly TERRY PRATCHETT books, we decided to change it to something a bit more relevant! So now we are Binkys_Books, here to bring you fantasy and sci-fi books, and a few others for variety!

We are avid Pratchett collectors, Stu is a bit of an anorak, so any questions, feel free to ask! We are slowly branching out into other authors and genre,  Stephen King, Terry Brooks, Raymond Feist, to name but a few, so keep looking, we might have something new to tempt you.

When we write listings, we try to include as much info as possible, and are totally honest about any faults on the item, as there is no point hoping you won't notice when the item arrives, we know you are not stupid, and we treat our customers as we hope to be treated ourselves. Regarding delivery times, we try to get items posted as soon as possible after payment, within 2 days at most usually, please bear in mind we have 3 small "helpers" aged 2,4&6 and jobs aswell, so if you think your parcel is late, just contact me through my messages, and i will give you a progress report! if time is critical, tell me at checkout, and I will get it out as fast as you want.

We hope you find our postage charges reasonable, they are based on prices per gram from Royal Mail, plus a nominal amount for packing materials and time, so we don't make any profit on them. We will give discount on multiple purchases to reflect more economical use of packaging, but please remember, books are usually heavy, so don't be surprised at the postage price! I repeat, we don't make profit on postage!!

We believe that communication is very important in ebay trading, and would like anyone who has a question or problem with any of our items, before or after sale, to contact us first, as we will do our very best to help you. Our feedback means a lot to us, and we always leave feedback as soon as an item is posted out, so we would never leave retaliatory feedback. If you have paid for the item, you have completed your end of the bargain, and we are happy, it's that simple! If the item arrives, and it is not what you expected, contact us, and we will take it back and give you a refund, we are not that scary! We hope you like our stuff, and have a happy ebay day!!
