| We offer an excellent range of home entertainment products, mostly dvds, but occasional cd's, video and computer games. The vast majority of goods listed are brand new from some of the UKs leading wholesale distributors. Occasionaly there is as new items but these are identified as used in the listing description but come with full gurantees.
We offer a high quality service and believe in total customer satisfaction, if there is a problem get in contact, if it's not known about we cannot help.
At the close of the listing i will contact you via e-mail , i ask that you reply to this within 3 days, to confirm acceptence of the auction. Payment is to be received within 7 days of listing ending. If after 7 days no payment has been received then a payment reminder will be sent (in all cases), after this if no payment is still not received or at least contact made i will request a final value listing credit and the item relisted.
In the unlikely event of a problem after the purchase contact me and i will strive to ensure a satisfactory outcome although i will not refund for incompatibility issues.
Unless stated all dvds listed are region2, please ensure your dvd player can play these(i.e United Kingdom, Europe, Japan or multiregion dvd players only) as refunds will not be issued for incompatability.
I will combine postage but to benefit from this items must be won within a 5 day timeslot and paid for within 7 days of the first auction ending.
Due to the number of timewasters i have had if you have a 0 rating, displaying shades or a large number of negative feedback i reserve the right to remove your bid from the auction.

Payment is by Cheque/Postal order, Nochex, Paypal (sterling currency only), fastpay, bank transfer, cash (sent at buyers risk).
OVERSEAS PAYMENT
Payment is by paypal or cash (sterling, euros, dollars at current exchange rate - sent at buyers risk)only. I will not accept non sterling cheques or money orders.
I will not accept any other forms of payment and if sending cash i strongly recommended it is sent insured, but i take no liablity for loss of cash postal paymnts. |
