Missing items: besteworld Electronics products Co., LTD  will resend you another same package if you don get the items over 20 working days by Express,
or 30 working days by flat airmail. We could also refund your payment if you are really unwilling to wait.
However, this is not allowed if you receive the items after we send your money back. In this case, you should pay for them again.


Incorrect items: besteworld Electronics products Co., LTD will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped to you for the correct item or will credit your payment if the returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in its original wrap).


DOA items: besteworld Electronics products Co., LTD will exchange a defective item for a new copy of the same item or will credit your payment the item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents.
