Thank you for taking the time to read more about us. We're a small family business, operating both online on our website and from our shop in Leven. This means we can keep costs very low and concentrate on sourcing the most interesting bead supplies for our customers and fulfilling your order quickly, efficiently and with some good old fashioned personal customer service. We believe any purchases are our responsibility until you receive them safely. and we will always rectify any losses or damage caused in transit to you
Our stock is constantly changing, and we are always adding new lines. If you want to stay in touch, why not sign up for our free newsletter or you can add our shop to your favourites. If you get stuck, best way to contact us is via email, we aim to answer all enquiries within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

Payment
■ We only accept PayPal on eBay
■ Please pay within 5 working days
■ An invoice is always enclosed for your records
Postage
■ Postage is just £1 per order - no matter how many items you purchase, please request a correct invoice if eBay's checkout is showing more than £1 before making payment
■ Combined postage is available when items are paid for together, items purchased separately will be sent separately
■ Great care is taken in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you
■ Items will be sent same day if cleared payment is received before 2pm Monday - Friday
Returns & Refunds
■ Please contact us if you wish to return an item for whatever reason within 7 days of
receipt
■ Faulty or incorrect items will receive a full refund or replacement as appropriate plus a refund of all postage costs
■ We also accept returns for any other reason but postage costs will not be refunded
■ Items must be returned via traceable means within 14 days of receipt and refund / replacement will only be issued after receipt and inspection
