Some sellers like to leave feedback as soon as a bidder has paid and that perfectly okay! However, for us, there more to a happy, successful E Bay transaction, than getting your money in our pockets!
We prefer to leave feedback when the transaction has been completed and for us that means that you've safely received your goods and that you're totally satisfied with the transaction. So, as soon as we know that youe happy with your item, we'll be delighted to leave feedback
Do You Ever Offer a Discount?
We're very pleased to tell you that we do indeed offer a discount! This is how it works - if you've bought a total of 5 of products from us then that qualifies you for our new loyalty bonus scheme. Don't worry - you don't have to spend 5 in one transaction - although we don't mind if you do! This will be a total of the goods you have ever purchased. As soon as you've qualified, you'll have the the choice of 10% discount on your yarn or free postage on all your future purchases! This will all work within E Bay's rules and regulations etc so you don't have to think about anything other than getting more fake eyelashes for your money!
Recommend a Friend and get 5% Discount!
We've introduced a new discount scheme because we'd like to say thanks to all our wonderful customers! Basically, recommend a friend and youl get 5% off your next purchase from us! To qualify, make sure that when your friend makes a purchase, they tell us that you recommended them. Then, all they have to do, is tell me your name, house number and postcode as verification and away you go!
We won't limit the discount so the more friends you recommend, the cheaper your false lashes will be!
You Had Some Eyelashes That I Really Like But They're Not on Auction Anymore
We carry a good amount of stock, so the chances are we might still have some left! Sometimes, we've got more products than we can get around to listing - so just get in touch with us and we'll let you know if we still have it. If we do, then we'll be delighted to set up a Buy It Now for you. If we don't, then we'll try our very best to get some more for you and arrange a Buy It Now when it arrives.
How Often Do You Send Parcels?
We go to the Post Office every weekday at about 4.45pm and sometimes at 10:15 am on a Saturday,
to catch the last collection. That means that you should get your goods as quickly as possible. Goods paid for before 3.30pm on a weekday will usually be sent that same day - barring accident, injury or dire emergency! Goods paid for after 3.30pm will usually be sent the next day - however, sometimes we can post the same day if you pay after 3.30pm- it depends on the workload that day :-)

Don't worry - we love to help our customers! We aim to give every single buyer the best service that we can possibly give - every time they buy from us! We always welcome the opportunity to put things right, before you leave feedback. So please don't be afraid to let us know you're unhappy - we don't bite and we'll be delighted to do all we can to resolve any problems you might have, in a quick and courteous manner - that's a cast-iron promise!
Can I Return the Item to You if I Don't Like It?
You'll probably be amazed when we tell that you can! There's a few conditions but they're really easy to follow...
Please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your parcel
>Please return the goods to us within 7 days, with the cover of an on-line, trackable, postage method, such as Recorded/Signed For.
>If you want an exchange, then we'll ask you to pay the return costs and the goods must be un-opened and un-used.

You may see other sellers trying to imitate our gorgegous lashes, offering you cheaper prices! However when you compare them, you can easily see that they're not made to the same exacting standards that we make our lashes to - stones are put unevenly, you can see the glue and they may not even be genuine Swarovski rhinestone crystals! Our lashes are exclusive and our quality is second-to-none - we're the original creators of crystallised lashes and still the best! We're proud of the reputation we've gained over the years for originality, quality and creativity and so all designs are copyrighted and exclusive to us!
