Held 4 times a year at Dunstall Park Racecourse, Wolverhampton, this fair usually features in excess of 100 tables covering a wide range of items from early wood / brass and collectible cameras, modern 35mm SLR, rangefinder and medium format equipment through to the latest digital compacts and SLR’s.
You will also find a huge array of accessories, flash, filters, tripods, cases, instruction books, etc.
Several major dealers attend every event, so bring along any unwanted equipment that you wish to sell.

FAQ's
When will you be in touch after I’ve purchased my item?
Pretty quickly normally – during the week I aim to respond to emails within 24 hours, if you’ve paid for your goods then I will normally despatch on the next day at the latest. At weekends things might slow up a bit, as I’m often away at fairs, etc. and my email access is sometimes limited. All my auctions have shipping / postage rates included and there’s a multiple item shipping formula on this page.
How much is the postage?
Please look in the auction text - all my auctions have postage for all destinations
Can you combine postage?
YES - Use the following formula: (Most expensive postage) + (50% of Second Most Expensive) + (25% of Any Other Items).
So if you buy 5 items with postage 5.67, 3.50, 2.44, 1.05, 1.05, the total is 5.67 + 1.75 + 0.61 + 0.26 + 0.26 = 8.55 (saving 5.04).
Can I have my item insured, signed for, guaranteed delivery day?
NO - I do not offer insurance or premium postal / shipping services. Also I do not allow customers to call at my house to collect goods - sorry.
Can I pay by Bank Transfer / US Postal order / Other method ?
NO - the methods of payment that I accept are clearly detailed in the auction text, these are the only types of payment that I accept.
Will you close this item early if I offer £ / How much to end the auction now?
I never do this, it's not fair to other Ebayers, so please don't ask.
When do you post feedback?
Usually weekly in batches, but only after feedback has been posted for me.
Descriptions
I mainly sell photo equipment and any other interesting stuff that I come across. Mostly I list these as fixed price items in my shop, although I do some auctions as well.
I am not an expert on everything that I sell, but I do my best to describe what I have accurately. There is ample time for you to ask me questions before you bid or buy, so if you are unsure of something please ask.
I do not normally include full serial numbers in descriptions of collectable cameras as I have had an attempted fraud as a result of this. I know that serial numbers can be important for collectors - I will try to include partial numbers where I think it is relevant - so 793569 would be 793xxx. Please email me stating the reason that you want a full number if you need it.
I take a lot of time to describe my goods as accurately as possible - all goods that I sell are checked thoroughly, except for items described as faulty or 'Sold as Seen'.
General Description Classes
Mint - As new condition - not necessarily with box / instructions / accessories, etc. (this will be specified) - no discernible signs of use.
Near Mint - Almost indistinguishable from new - may have very faint use marks, but these will only be found on a detailed examination.
Excellent - Less than normal use - above average grade for the model / year - very light use only.
Very Good - Normal use - well looked after equipment that has had normal use and been looked after generally.
Good - Used, but not abused - may have substantial wear in places (see description)
Poor - Ugly, heavily used, substantial marks
Sold as Seen - Untested - I do not have the facilities to test the item - this DOES NOT mean that it is faulty, just that I have been unable to confirm that it is fully working.
Sold as Seen - Faulty - I also sell some equipment described as faulty - I do not spend a lot of time finding out why, I just sell it off cheap for spares / repair. This equipment will have a cursory examination only and any faults that I detail will relate to the usability of parts for spares only. I am no-ones' idea of a repairer - so my description will tend to describe the symptoms of the fault rather than the cause. I may miss some minor issues if there is a major fault.
I do not guarantee that you can repair the item.
I do not knowingly sell items that are beyond repair - i.e. water contaminated, etc., but you are buying sold as seen.
I do not put items to a repairer before listing them - if it's faulty then it gets sold off cheap.
Legal Note - Scrap Electrical Items - Under current UK legislation any goods that are not CE and BS marked, do not have a moulded-on plug, etc. do not conform to the legal requirements for sale in the UK. If I sell such goods they are sold as electrical scrap - you are advised that they should be used only if checked / rewired by a qualified electrician. I do, however, test all these goods through an RCD to check for earth leakage unless otherwise stated.
Making A Bid
Please, go ahead and make a bid (make lots if you like ;o) ), but only if you intend to pay! Any bidding activity that is against eBay terms and conditions will be cancelled with the necessary action. Bid retraction, non payment, etc. will be reported to Ebay.
Communication
I will try to answer questions about any of the equipment that I sell promptly and accurately - I would rather that you asked a question than bid on something and were then unhappy with it. I will normally reply to your email address directly, rather than use Ebay's Yellow Button - there is no formatting on Ebay's system and I find it better to be able to lay out the email properly.
You may have to wait a couple of days for a reply if I need to examine the item. I am not an expert on everything that I sell, but I will do my best.
Please don't email me on the weekend and expect an instant reply I’m probably out buying!
Winning bidders - please contact me within three days of auction's close, confirming how you would like to pay.
Payment
Should be made within three days of the auction's close. I understand this is not always possible, but I do reserve the right to relist the item or make a personal offer to the next highest bidder if you have not been in contact by this time. If you have not paid after seven days I reserve the right to relist the item, and may report you as a non-paying bidder. This may result in suspension of your Ebay account.
The payment methods that I will accept are in the auction text - if you want to pay by some other means then you must have my prior agreement before you bid.
Under NO circumstances will I do cash on delivery, or send the goods until the payment has cleared into my account.
Postage / Shipping
I try to ensure that all my goods are very well packed - quality packaging costs money and takes time - my charges reflect this.
You should always get an email when your goods have been despatched.
I do not get proof of postage for every item sent, nor do I offer insurance or obtain a Certificate of Posting . For the amount of problems it has ever caused me it is simply not worth my time and your cost, and the local post office would bar me!
Problems
If there is a problem on your side then I need to know as soon as possible.
Firstly, I will make some mistakes - with the number of items I sell it would be almost impossible not to. I will try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and offer a solution that is fair and equable for both parties. If you have a problem and I have mis-described an item or missed a fault then I will give you a full refund, or I will make a compensation offer if you wish to retain the item as is. I will normally need to examine the goods before I can offer a full refund. I do not normally refund return postage.
