AudioSpares do not have a counter service open to the public. We keep our prices low by keeping our operating costs down. We can arrange for collection of larger, bulkier items (over 20Kg) or for larger combined orders (over £100) from either our Nottingham warehouse or one of our partner companies in Nottingham but collection is by appointment only and we reserve the right to charge a collection fee.
Can you combine shipping if I order more than one item?
AudioSpares are often able to combine orders at the checkout to discount shipping before you pay. Please contact us with a list of the items and quantities you would like to buy and we will get back to you asap with a combined P&P price. We are able to combine most orders but may be unable to discount postage on some bulky, heavy or products sealed or packaged in such a way that they need to be shipped seperately.
I want to buy multiple items. Can I get a quotation?
AudioSpares are happy to provide quotes and create listings for multiple items or increase quantities if you want more of an item than is listed on eBay.
Do you have the goods in stock?
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all goods are available from stock at AudioSpares own warehouse when the item is listed.
I want an audio part you don't have listed. Can you get it?
Please contact us if you want an item not listed on eBay; it is already available for sale via one of our other sales channels we may be able to create an eBay listing for you or try our best to get it .
When will I recieve my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day of receiving cleared payment and most are sent sameday. Orders in Mainland UK are sent either via First Class or a Courier service for UK orders; neither are guaranteed but most orders arrive in 1-2 days. International orders are usually sent via Airmail and delivery times vary depending on the destination country; European customers typically receive their order within one week, the rest of the world within two weeks, but some delays can be expected for customs clearance, seasonal demand and fowarding by your local carrier.
Do I have to pay tax on purchases from AudioSpares?
AudioSpares Limited are registered for VAT, registration number GB 925 3180 35. VAT is *included* at standard rate in all our prices; there are no "hidden extras" - what you see is what you pay!. We send a VAT Receipt/Invoice with all orders to allow VAT Registered customers in the UK to claim back the VAT.
I have an AudioSpares discount card. How do I use it?
AudioSpares Discount Cards and promotion codes are not valid for eBay purchases.
