My name is Arup Sen and I've been trading on ebay for about 6 years. I do it in phases, usually when I'm having a bit of a clear out. Nearly all of my auctions are 99p starting price with no reserve. I live in Sydenham, South East London with my wife and baby daughter. I work teaching yoga, creating websites and building bicycle wheels. I also have a blog. I am very much a believer in the ecological nature of e-bay - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Sell it rather than bin it! All products depreciate, electronic goods more so than anything else. Take out a loan to buy something that's just come on the retail market and you'll still be paying off that loan even when the product has lost it's value. Think about it. Save money, save the planet and stop the credit card companies from taking over our lives.

   E-bay does not use a shopping basket system, it's like a REAL auction - it is a REAL auction; you just don't hear anyone saying "do I hear any advance on . . ." (if you bid then you intend to buy).
2. Lost in the post
   I cannot be held responsible for any losses or damage in the post. I can insure items if you ask and provide insurance costs.
3. Make contact
   Please make contact within 7 days after the end date of the auction. I will offer it to the next highest bidder otherwise. You could let me know before the end of the auction if you'll be away.
4. Collection in person
   If you live in or near London you are welcome to collect the item and save on shipping and handling costs.
5. Questions
   Please ask any questions before the end of the auction.

Paypal is a complete rip–off but it's very quick. I much prefer bank transfers as they are free.

Return policy

If it falls apart or is defective in any way, or you've just changed your mind, no probs. You just have to pay the postage, and I'll give you a full refund. Make sure you do it within the 7 days.
