Shipping
Delivery of all items from Art Prints and Posters Direct is FREE OF CHARGE. All
UK deliveries are sent FIRST CLASS and all overseas
orders are sent AIR MAIL. Art prints are
carefully hand-rolled in Kraft paper and despatched in our tough postal tubes, our glass picture frames framed
prints are placed in tough padded boxes to prevent damage and are despatched by courier.
Art Prints & Posters Direct aims to despatch all orders within 14 days. If your order takes more than 7 days we will contact you. In the unlikely event that your order takes longer than 14 days, you will be offered a refund or asked if you would like to wait a little longer.
If you do contact us with a problem, we will do everything in our power to put things right. If you need this item by a certain date please email us before you buy and we will do all we can to help.

Returns
Any
item can be returned within 7 working days of
receipt if not satisfied and you will receive
a refund if goods are received in re-saleable
condition (you will be required to pay postage).
Please DO NOT USE courier services such as FedEx,
as these can incur extra costs. Please use your
country's main postal service instead. If you
receive damaged goods, you must email us within
3 working days to be eligible for a refund /
