At aquatics4all we endevour to offer a fast, efficient service with most items being dispatched on a next day service.

We are happy to accept payment in the form of credit card (over the phone, don't email details), PayPal, personal cheque, postal order, bankers draft, or cash. (PayPal to a confirmed address only for international buyers).

Purchase errors: If you purchase an item and decide you no longer require it we will accept it back on the following terms. The item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt, it arrives back to us in perfect resellable condition (not to have been removed from the packaging), a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and minus the postage and packing fee. If you wish to exchange the product, ie. to a larger model, the restocking fee may be wavered. Return postage costs will not be refunded.
