Selling Policies
Descriptions: We aim to give as much information as possible to speed up the selling process, for your benefit as much as ours. We do my very best to describe all of our items as honestly and as accuratly as possible. We don't intentionally give misleading information on any item, but we are only human after all, so on the very rare occasion we may miss something, please contact us and we will attempt to rectify any problems.
Payment: We prefer all payments be made via PayPal. All items must be paid for within 5 days of the auction ending.
Postage and Delivery: All items are shipped without any insurance. If you require shipping insurance please contact us for the cost because we can not be held responsible for damaged or lost items during shipment. Postage and Packing includes the cost of delivery and your item wrapped above the Royal Mail requirements. Group purchases may reduce postage costs. Collection is not an option. Items are shipped using the standard 2nd class Royal Mail service within the UK. Shipments abroad are via the Royal Mail Airmail service. Group purchases *may* reduce postage costs. Items are usually posted only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Feedback: Upon receiving any payment within normal timescales, we will always leave positive feedback. Upon delivery of your goods, if you can leave feedback that will also let us know that the item has been received and confirm that you are happy with the trannsaction.
