TERMS OF SALE

Buy bidding or buying you accept and are bound by these terms of sale as set out.

Measurements and or size are provided so please ensure that you take appropriate steps to ensure that it is suitable. I will take not be held responsibility for ill fitting items. If I agree to an exchange of size this will only be dispatched when the returns item is received in clean, un-used condition.....Please ensure that the items information and the returns postage cost is enclosed. I will refund the cost of returning items which may have been sent out in error, to the value stated. If an item is claimed as "lost" (please be aware that the Post Office considers an item to be lost after 30 days) I will only replace like for like to the address you have registered or refund the postage cost once compensation is received from the PO..

PAYPAL CLAIMS.

Once a transaction has been reported, I will of course leave the matter to paypal to decide the outcome. The delivery estimate time given by Ebay for each class of postage is the estimated delivery time by the UK postal service once the item is by me dispatched.

INSURANCE

All items to the value of £34 are covered by free insurance cover - items over this amount will only be shipped upon payment of additional insurance at actual cost.

PAYMENT

Due to personal cheques being returned unpaid, I no longer accept these. I do not accept bank transfers from anyone. Open Postal Order - Bankers draft - Paypal are all acceptable.

COOLING OF PERIOD - RETURNS

I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS SOLD AS USED..UNLESS THE ITEM HAS BEEN WRONGLY DESCRIBED

IF IN DOUBT PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS...NOT AS IMAGINED IS NOT A REASON FOR RETURNS.

There is no right to non payment on auction items...if you bid and win you pay. Sellers cannot now give negative feedback; however non payers will be reported and may receive an UNPAID ITEM STRIKE, which may affect their ability to trade on Ebay. If you receive a strike please DO NOT contact me with sad stories, I WILL NOT remove a strike once given. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED OR AUCTION ITEMS – SO PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS SUITABLE

POSTAGE

I retain proof of postage for all items. I ship items on Tuesday and Friday if payment is received by 12pm FREE POSTAGE items are sent 2nd class Postage cost includes a small amount for materials and handling.

ITEM DESCRIPTION

Every effort is made to describe items as accurately as possible; however being human (sometimes) I can make mistakes. I will refund full costs only if my description is grossly misleading in terms of size, colour or condition, I retain photographs of all items I offer.
