DELIVERY INFORMATION
All P+P prices quoted in the listings are to the UK Only (excludes Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Other Offshore Islands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, etc. - Additional Surcharge).
Items can be dispatched worldwide, please Inquire for postage quote.
In general you will receive the items between 1-7 working days.
All our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and for heavier items by courier.
ROYAL MAIL
Parcels are sent daily – Dispatched around 3-5.30pm Mon-Fri
Please purchase additional cover of £1.00p at the checkout to ensure a recorded tracked delivery. We will not be held responsible for any items lost in post. We can provide proof of posting.
COURIER
Sent at 3pm Mon-Fri - Please check your tracking number for progress of the parcel.
Courier will attempt 3 deliveries and will leave a card if no answer. After this if item is sent back to us you will be charged for redelivery. We cannot accept responsibility for damages after the goods have been signed for. If they are damaged in transit please DO NOT sign for them.
All faulty goods must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will not refund postage. We must be informed of any transport damage (unsigned for) within 24 hours. We cannot be held responsible for broken or missing parts after this time.
COLLECTIONS
We welcome collection from our store at a nominal fee. Please inquire regarding the collection charges for the goods. Please call us beforehand to make sure goods are ready to be collected. Store opening hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-4pm - Collections can also be arranged out of hours wherever possible
RETURNS POLICY
We do offer a returns, exchange and refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt
(Refund will be less original postage & 10% restocking fees)
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging fit for resale with any enclosed documentation. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Please advise us before making any returns or they won’t be accepted
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery and a service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. If the item is not complete, new or unused or the packaging is missing or damaged then a restocking fee may apply.
4. Damaged goods will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer if under guarantee or ourselves if not under guarantee.

OUT OF STOCK
If for whatever reason any of our products are out of stock once purchased you will be informed at the earliest opportunity and an update will be given for your purchase.
