Thank you for visiting our ebay About Me page. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company, Ali Air Freshener, who supply custom designs of Car Air Fresheners for promotional and retail use.
Based in Birmingham, England, we can supply air fresheners for sale in car washes, convenience stores, supply stores auto shops and discount stores. There is no job too big or too small for us, we can do small runs of 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500 units and more.
We have all seen the humorous bumper stickers, the little cartoons on peoples rear windows and the awesome car decals on peoples vehicles. Well here at AAF we offer you something different in the form of an auto air freshener that can be hung from the rear view mirror of your vehicle. Not only will you have something humorous and/or personalised but it will smell good also.
Our speciality is to produce for you a one off personalised air freshener that is unique as opposed to the everyday mundane air fresheners that you would buy at your local petrol station or convenience store. Unlike other auto air freshener manufacturers, we have no minimum order quantity and you are most welcome to contact us for a custom design even if it is a single air freshener! However, if you after much larger quantities our trade prices begin at just 50 units. Trade price list upto 2500 units can be found directly on our website. For quantities greater then 2500 units please contact us with your requirements for a competitive quote.
We take great pride in our work and only use the highest quality materials for our air fresheners to ensure that you get a great looking and fragrant product. The fragrance oils we use to scent the product are 100% concentrated, we do not cut or dilute them for any reason whatsoever!

Shipping and Handling
Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days from placement of your order (depending on stock availability). We ship worldwide at the standard postal rate. Usually, delivery times are 3-10 working days for the UK and mainland. For international orders please allow 14-28 working days. See delivery schedule below. We will inform you if there are any problems regarding the delivery times for your order.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days of receipt (Mon-Fri). Where items are out of stock, lead times may increase. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by non-delivery of orders by our carrier agents.
If we are unable to deliver the goods within the maximum time limit (see below) you will be informed immediately and will be given the choice of a later delivery date, alternative product choices or cancelling the order completely and receiving a full refund of any monies paid.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, do not hesitate to contact us if you are concerned about the arrival of your items.

Returns Policy
All complaints will be dealt with and rectified within 7 working days. We would appreciate you 'the customer' to keep us informed of any problems or issues regarding your order or monies paid.
How we deal with complaints is open to review to ensure a good customer relationship at all times.
