I started dinking Oolong tea many years ago, I could not believe that a tea so good was unavailable to purchase anywhere in Britain. A year ago there was one person selling Oolong tea on ebay, and he was in Germany. Earlier this year I did a deal with my importer to ship it here, he thought nobody would buy it and so did many of our friends. Well, it did take one whole week to sell one box of Oolong tea. It seems word has got out and without any marketing this tea is becoming more and more popular, so much so our competitors have started selling it. WuYi Mountains are in the Fujian region in China where Oolong tea was discovered many centuries ago. Oolong (WuLong) teas benefits are legendry, sometimes prescribed by doctors to aid recovery. The fact is - you will be hard pressed to find any teas with so many qualities. Oolong teas powerful antioxidants can also help fight against viral infections - and FLU viruses. Items being returned must be in the same condition as when the customer received it. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post that are being returned to me. Tea returns can only be accepted on unopened boxes. Amazing Engine Repair returns can only be accepted on unopened cans. I cannot be held resposible for any engine related issues with regard to this oil. It has been sold to over 8000 UK cars. The narrative desciption contained in the online listing gives clear guidelines for its use. Please obtain a fault diagnosis from a reputable garage prior to using this oil - this is so you do not expect unrealistic expectations. Any returns will not include postage. This oil must NOT be used with any friction reducers, these are named in the narrative inside the listing. This product will also contain additional helpful inforamtion when shipped to the customer. Paypal is the preferred method of payment - but I will accept Cheques and Postal Orders, items will only be relesed on cleared funds. Paying by Credit Card can be done via Paypal or I can send you a Paypal request for any monies - this enables you to pay using your credit card via Paypal in response to my request. Live auctions must be paid within 7 days of auction finishing. Buying multiple items and then automaticly assuming postage discount is not acceptable. If you live in the UK, Europe or the rest of the World, you must email me if you intend to buy many items of the same product. Buying multiple items DOES not mean you can get a postage discount. Leaving Negative Feedbacks without good reason - could result in legal action against offenders. I will always try and resolve any disputes - and do offer a refund service if you are unhappy with any products I supply - as I am required to do, as a Business Seller on ebay. Leaving a Negative Feedback after a refund has been issued is forbidden - and could result in legal action being taken against the offender. Negative Feedbacks should only be left, if there is no alternative to resolving the problem. If problems are resolved and refunds issued, then Negative or malicious Feedbacks should not be left to damage the reputation of the tea2life/oolong. Negative or Malicious Feedbacks could be referred for consideration as to which action is appropriate to get the matter resolved. Feedbacks are left automaticly - sometimes this can fail, please email me if I do not leave you a feedback. Feedback reminders are generated automaticly by ebay - if you receive this before the goods have arrived - please email me. I reserve the right to change prices without notification,I also reserve the right to change postage prices without notification. I also reserve the right not to ship items to unconfirmed addresess. I also reserve the right to prohibit items to certain countries where I believe the item may not arrive. Countries currently excluded at the moment are Italy, Nigeria and a few other African Nations, Lithuania, these can be subject to change at any given time - without prior notice given. If an item does not get delivered within 7 days please email me, I may ask you to pop to your local Sorting Office - as sometimes if a Postman cannot deliver - he or she may return it. I always have proof of posting - and always claim. If for whatever reason your product has been lost - I would ask you claim via the Paypal route, this enables me to claim my loss from the Royal Mail. I do not send out replacement items - and generally you will be forbidden from buying from me again - this does sound harsh and I do occasionally review each case on its merits, ie if your a regular customer I may waive this exclusion. Claims for non delivery must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items are generally posted within 24 to 48 hours.
