I mainly sell second-hand books, which my family or I have read and don't have room for any more.
Somewhat amazingly, my wife has let me have a third bookshelf

I also sell odds-and ends that have are kicking around, cluttering the place up.

Payment

 * Please read the Sellers Payment Instructions.

* Dependant on the shipping location, I may offer some or all of the following payment methods:


* My preferred payment method is on-line bank transfer as it is free, easy, fast & secure for both buyer and seller.

* Payments made by bank transfer (BACS) will receive a discount of at least 20p, and more for higher-priced items.

* You can pay using online/telephone banking or at any branch of HSBC Bank. 

*You can also pay with cash over the counter using this method (Bank Deposit).

*(Payments made at other banks may take an extra 3 days to clear).

* Buyers outside of the UK and Europe can pay me by PayPal, or US / International Money Order. However, please note that Money Orders in currencies other than £GBP will be surcharged a conversion fee of £1.20 unless the item was listed in the same currency as the Money Order.


* European buyers can pay by standard IBAN Bank Transfer in €Euros selecting 'shared charges' (but please wait for me to email you the correct amount in €Euros) or PayPal. Please contact me for further details.


* UK buyers can pay me via Bank Transfer, Postal Order, Personal Cheque, and PayPal.

Postage

* I will always attempt to dispatch items within 72 hours of payment being received, and always by a safe, cost effective and appropriate method.

*In the event of an item being lost in transit,  I process claims as speedily as possible.

* A Certificate of Posting will always be obtained. Insures for up to £36.

*P&P includes insurance and I would discourage anyone from bidding on items where the seller doesn't accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. 

*You will receive an email confirm that your item has been dispatched.

*Please email me if the item has not been received 7 days after posting, so I can then advise you further. (UK only)

*I am happy to combine P&P, where possible, and give a small discount, but ONLY on items which have been paid for on a combined invoice. If you are interested in more than one item then please do not pay until all the auctions you are interested in have finished and you have received a combined invoice.
