Ikon streetwear has been trading in Kings Lynn Norfolk for over 8 years. We have been trading on ebay for 5 years with great success. We aim to offer genuine top quailty branded clothes and accessories at a fraction of the high street price. We add new items daily so keep your eyes peeled for those bargains!!!

Please send postal payments to S wilson, Ikon, 26-28 new condiut street, kings lynn, norfolk, PE30 1DL.  Paypal only for over seas buyers.   Please make payment, or contact regarding payment within 3 days of auction ending.   Postage discounts are given if purchasing multiple items, please let us know if you are buying more than one item, so we can send you an invoice with postage discount. Please do not pay until we have sent the invoice with discount, as it cannot be offered once payment has been made.    If you are a resident outside the UK, please email for postage costs. We only accept paypal for over seas buyers.   Returns and exchange policy. We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if you do have any problems, our return/ exchange policy is as follows. If you have purchased the wrong size we will gladly send you a different size, please email us as soon as possible so we can reserve the required size for you.   You must email us to agree return/exchange before returning items. Refunds are only given if we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the item. Items must be returned to us within 7 days. Any item returned after the 7 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please enclose details of your user ID, item number and reason for return. If no note is included with the requested information a 10% re stocking fee will be deducted from the refund price. All items must be returned to us at your own expense and risk. REFUNDS ARE ONLY ISSUED ON 'BUY IT NOW' PURCHASES.   You may cancel your contract with us. To cancel, please contact us in writing or by email within 7 working days of receiving your goods. You will have to return the goods to us at your own expense and risk. We will refund the original purchase price.   Goods must be returned in their original unworn condition, this includes all packaging. Items must be fit for resale.   Refunds will be issued via original payment, except if you paid by postal order or cash you will then receive refund via cheque. These policies are necessary for us to keep our prices low.  If you are not happy with the above terms, please do not bid.

• Unfortunately in rare circumstances items do get lost or delayed in the postal system. Please allow up to 15 working days for inland items to arrive from when you recive you despatch email and 25 working days for international items. If your item is taking a while to arrive to you, please check with your neighbours and at your local enquiry office to see if delivery has been attempted whilst you were out. (please note that the enquiry office is not your local post office).

• If after 15 / 25 working days have elapsed and your item still has not arrived, please use ebays message system to inform us, please be polite and we will bend over backwards to assist, abrubt / rude emails will delay us in dealing with you.

• You will be asked to email us confirming that you have contacted neighbours and you local sorting office and you will be asked to email us your postal address so that it can be checked against the one supplied with your payment. This address will be passed onto royal mail, as they investigate every items dissaperance and will be in contact for you to confirm in writing that your item has not arrived

• We will send a replacement immediately after the 15 / 25 working days have elapsed (if in stock). If you require a refund, say for example that the item was for a friends present, and you have purchased another elsewhere in the meantime and not bothered to contact us stating this, (happens a lot!!) you will be refunded once royal mail has been in contact with you and compensated us.

• We happily leave feedback once you have left feedback for us stating you are happy with the transaction. We leave feedback in batches once we have a few spare minutes, please do not email us asking for us to leave you feedback, we would much rather spend our time ensuring items are sent quickly and messages are answered in a timely manner.

• Please do not bother to threaten us with negative / neutral feedback. We will happily assist you if you feel you have a problem with the transaction / item you have purchased, however if you feel the need to threaten us we end all communication with you and report you to ebay for feedback extortion.
