Unless stated otherwise within the listing all our auction sales are open to bidders Worldwide.

We describe all the items we sell as fully as possible, and we are only too happy to provide further detail on any of our listed items if asked.

 

  But things can go wrong, and if we do make a mistake in our description then we will happily accept the item for return, and offer a full refund. 

However if you wish to return the item because you have simply changed your mind we reserve the right to refund the final bid price only LESS any fees we may incur, postage costs will not be refunded.

Please complete the eBay checkout within 4 days of the auction closing.  Failure to do this will result in eBay sending you a non paying bidder reminder.

We accept the following methods of payment on all our sales.

PAYPAL.
CHEQUE.
POSTAL ORDER.

Postal payments can take 2 to 3 days to reach us,

Payments by cheque will result in a delay in posting out your purchase.  UK banks require a maximum of 6 working days to fully clear a cheque.

For seller protection when paying via PayPal your purchase will be sent to the address you have registered with PayPal.

 

We do not ask for and do not recommend sending cash through the post.

 

 

We aim to send out your purchase as soon as possible after your payment arrives, please see our payments page for further info.

All our items are sent out via Royal Mail within the UK Mainland, and Royal Mail Airmail for Europe and Worldwide sales.

We do not offer collection in person on any of our sales

All our listings will display UK Mainland postage, some may also display Europe and/or Worldwide postal charges.

If delivery to Europe or Worldwide is required and postal charges are not displayed please contact us and we will happily quote a postage price for you.

Multiple Purchase Postage Discounts may be offered if possible, however we do not give any guarantee of this due to the Royal Mail Pricing In Proportion Scheme.

We fully accept our responsibility to get your parcel safely to you.  If you do have a problem with non delivery or damaged upon delivery please let us know as soon as possible.

Please retain all packaging materials as these will be needed for any claims against Royal Mail for damaged in transit.

To keep costs to a minimum we recycle packaging materials whenever possible.

Feedback is a important part of any eBay sale.

It gives both buyers and sellers a chance to reflect on how the whole transaction was carried out.

As sellers we always leave feedback on reciept of a cleared payment. We ask that our buyers consider leaving feedback once there purchase arrives and has been checked.
