All our parts once sold include VAT @15% all duties have been paid.

 

The Final Price is the price you pay no hidden charges,

 

Dont be fooled by thinking you can import cheaper parts without paying duty as every parcel that arrives in the UK must have duties paid by Law. The part you thought was was cheap may turn out to be an expensive mistake with no customer service back up.

We offer an Excellent After Sales Service, we do not just take your money and run.

 

Once payment has been received for a part we dispatch the goods the next working day.

 

We treat you as a valued customer and if there are any problems with your parts you can contact us with confidence and we will rectify whatever the problem as soon as possible.

 

Warranty

 

All parts come with a 6 month warranty unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for all return postage costs

 

Returns Policy

 

 

We offer quite a simple returns policy, if you have bought the item by mistake or no longer need the item we will gladly take the item back less any ebay and P&P charges and handling fee.

 

If the wrong item has been sent we will replace the item at no charge to you and cover all the P&P charges.

 

The best bit... If you are not happy or satisfied with the item - we will take it back from you no problem,  splitting the P&P charges

 

The product must come back to us as how you received it "BRAND NEW" as in the past customers have used the item then decided to return it. Sending the item back having been used and unfit for resale. This will NOT be accepted and NO refund will be given.

 

"You wouldn't  take a pair of shoes back to the shop after wearing them all week and saying they dont fit"
