within 14 days if not as described, shown on scan. NO TIME limit on authenticity claims, which must be supported with written evidence from a reckonised expert, stating resources used and research undertaken to support claim. NO RETURNS until we agree and issue a returns reference. Any returns MUST be sent fully insured at buyers expense, AND MUST be in same condition as supplied with all original paperwork and packaging. A copy of all the EBay auction pages, inc payment page/invoice sent to you, MUST also be returned with the item

IT SEEMS SOME BUYER DO NOT BELIEVE WE WILL FILE NON PAYMENT DETAILS WHEN THEY DO NOT PAY WITHIN THE REQUIRED 7 DAYS
REST ASSURED WE WILL,[ NB. Once we open a `no pay` dispute, and if item is then paid for,they are ONLY closed, once we see feedback from buyer to say item received OK,messages in dispute section to say received are not acceptable, as ebay does not accept this as proof item received.]
ALSO ANY MULTI ITEM P&P DISCOUNT GIVEN IS INVALIDATED AFTER 7 DAYS AND STATED P&P APPLIES TO EACH ITEM
If payment is NOT received within 10 days [ 3 days after we file 1st. stage NPB alert ] we reserve the right to then INSIST ON PAYMENT BY PAYPAL AND IMPOSE A SURCHARGE TO COMPLETE THE DEAL, the surcharge will be 10% of the total due , or an additional £5.00 [ us$10], whichever is the greater amount

Payment Terms

From the Uk we accept cheques and postal orders( ideally crossed), ALSO PAYPAL BUT ONLY WHEN STATED IN AUCTION COPY & IF PAYMENT MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS [IT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS FOR MONEY VIA PAYPAL TO BE IN OUR BANK

From Overseas

We accept paypal in GB£ or if you wish in US$ BUT ONLY @ rate of .00= us$2.20, We still get less s for the items, even with this rate. We will accept euros CASH (£1.00 x euros1.50)[ these rates are variable, subject to chabges in exchange rates], If we do agree to you sending cash, it MUST be sent by secure / traceable/trackable mail as we will not accept responsibility if not sent `trackable / traceable` method.
WE CANNOT accept payment from overseas by ANY OTHER method
PLEASE note, ALL payments are required within 7 days of our sending you email with details, [ 10 if sending CASH from overseas} after this time WE WILL file 1st. stage NPB alert,which will be finalised if payment still not received after a further 7 days.
As in keeping with ebay guidelines [ Please see above] if payment not received with the 7 days we are not obligated to finalise the transaction, in these cases we will still finalise NPB claims, and buyer will get a NO PAY strike on their ebay account [ 3 of these means permanent suspension]

Post & Packaging
These charges, which include sturdy, `weather` proof packaging, all materials and labour costs( as handled by an outside agency ) and rec.del(UK only) are usually detailed in each auction, however in case we ever miss one, here is a guide
* album pages/folded paper items =Uk £3.15/ Overseas £3.25{THESE are `FROM` prices, subject to sizes]
*pics 8x10" = Uk @£3.50//Overseas @ £3.75
*Matted items up to 10x12" @£5.00// £5.25
* Matted items up to 11x14" @ £5.00//£6.00
*Matted items up to 12x16" @£5.50//£6.75.

Insurance is available for ALL overseas orders but is an optional extra @ £7.50, per shipment, this covers goods up to the value of £500.00 MAX

After the 1st.( highest price p&p ALWAYS applies first.) item, any more bought/ won within 3 days are HALF these P&P prices PER item, provided payment received within 7 days OF US SENDING INVOICE,. If payment for multi items is late then FULL p&p costs per item will apply and items will not be dispatched until balance is paid
