Delivery Information:
We deliver all our small parcels first class with Royal Mail. For larger items we use Citylink and Parcelforce services (varying by weight), and we can supply a tracking number for you on request. For European deliveries we use Parcelforce.

Return Policy

Return Policy:
1to1 Music has a no hassle 7 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your order we will fully refund the purchase value of any item ordered within 7 days of receipt of the order. For us to refund any purchase, items must be returned unused & free from damage caused by use misuse or neglect. We cannot provide a full refund for any item that is not returned with all its original packaging.
If you cancel your order after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to 1to1 Music at your own cost. You must take care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
