WHEN DO WE SHIP ?
We believe that one of the most important factors in achieving customer satisfaction is the speedy delivery of the item that has been purchased. That is why with letterbox sized packages we always try, whenever possible, to ship on the same day that we receive the payment for it (Or the next working day if payment is received outside normal postal collection times). We normally ship larger packages within 1 to 2 working days depending on their size.

These are the periods of time that we have found the Postal Services usually take to deliver a package:
U.K. = 1 to 3 Working Days.
E.U. = 3 to 5 Working Days.
Rest of World = 5 to 7 Working Days.

HANDLING & PACKAGING
We package and label all items very professionally so that they arrive undamaged and use new (recycled cardboard) boxes and biodegradable fill (chippings) whenever possible.
We reserve the right (as required) to remove new goods from excessively large retail blister packaging so as to reduce the size of shipped packages and thus achieve lower shipping costs. You can be assured that we will NEVER try to make any profit out of shipping costs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RETURN OF ITEM(S) DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Please check your goods carefully when they arrive, and tell the courier immediately if they are damaged. If you sign to say that the goods were received in good order we cannot subsequently accept liability for damage sustained in transit. Please then contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the damage. If the goods are in stock we will re-dispatch straight away, but will require you to return the damaged goods (A refund of the return shipping costs will be issued). RETURN OF ITEM(S) FOR OTHER REASON: If on receipt you are not satisfied with any item(s) for any other reason then, providing you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, you can return the item(s) in original condition and packaging for a full refund of the original purchase price of the item(s).
