Who We Are..
We are a small family run business that specialise in the making of high quality professional dolls clothes for everyone to enjoy. We are based in the North-East of England,
although we have only recently established ourself, our designer and tailor has over 21 years experience in Tailoring. She has worked at various Tailoring establishments in
the region.

What Do We Sell..
We sell professionally handmade dolls clothes for all dolls - Main sizes are 12 - 20 inch, but we are able to cater for additional sized dolls, so if you see a particular outfit in
our listing, but not in the correct size, just email us with the relevant details and we will be more than willing to make it for you. Typical dolls that we use for testing,
displaying and modelling on are as follows:

So what do we make we hear you say. Well again the list is long, but as a short example of things that we make see below:

We also sell shop brought items at very competative prices, like Shoes, Boots etc
Our Terms and Policies..
We aim to provide our buyers with the highest quality professional made items. All items have digital photos; additional photos are available if required on request.
All items are securely packed and proof of posting is always obtained, should you require additional insurance please arrange this via email prior to your item(s) being
dispatched.
Full payment is to be recived within 10 days of the close of auction, unless previously agreed. Unpaid items will be re-listed and a non-paying bidder report will be made.
In the event of a winning bidder ignoring the non-paying bidder warning and additional email will be sent warning that unless payment is made immediate we will have no
alternative but to leave negative feedback stating 'non-paying bidder'.
Our policy is to leave positive feedback for all buyers once we have received positive feedback. We ask that once you have received your item(s) that you notify us that
all is okay with the item(s) by leaving us some positive feedback. We monitor our feedback closely, and once this has been received we will respond with your respective
positive feedback.
In the unfortunate event, that you are unhappy with your item(s), we respectfully request that prior to leaving negative feedback you contact us immediately so that we
can attempt to rectify any issues you may have with your item(s).
