Feedback!
Who wants bad feedback ratings? Not me!
I want happy buyers, a deal's not a good deal unless it's a win for both parties.
If you're not totally satisfied, if you think something's
gone wrong, contact me first, don't shoot from the hip
at the feedback form.
I check my email most days.
If any emails are unanswered, it's most likely gone astray
so email me again or phone (my phone number's in the checkout details, but
nobody's needed it yet).
Delivery
I ship goods when payment has cleared. I'm in a rural location,
so I try to combine visits to the Post Office with other trips, but
I hope to offer a reasonable service. If you're in a frantic rush for
your items, mention it.
And I'm always happy to combine lots and figure out suitable postage.
I've sent a lot of items to Europe and North America. I normally use
air mail for this, it can take 7-10 days to USA (what do they do, fly
the 'planes around on sightseeing trips?). No doubt I could send by
FedEx, but most people feel the extra cost isn't justified... but I'm
open to the idea.
I hope buyers aren't offended by my attempts to recycle packaging thoughtfully.
I want to pack goods so they travel well, but I don't want to increase my prices (or ruin the planet) by
indiscriminately purchasing new packaging if it's not necessary.
Payment
At present I accept payment by: online bank transfers (preferred), UK cheques, crossed postal orders, and PayPal. But I'm open to
signing up for other methods if anyone has a preference.

Problems
Do contact me with any questions about my auctions, I'll be happy to help,

Your suggestions
Recently most of my auctions have been my wife's surplus beads and
cabochons, and we'd especially welcome your advice.
For example, would you like to see similar lots in different
colours, styles, etc and are there too many or too few items
within lots?

Allergies
I've been asked about contamination. I pack all items at home; this house is very definitely a "no smoking" area.
We have cats, but they're excluded from the area where
items for sale are kept and packed -- even if you're allergic to
cat fur I doubt this could cause a problem.
